Hello BP-San Antonio community:

I recently used Zillow, Cozy and Craigslist to post my rental (3-bed/2-bath; 1500 sq ft) at $1485/month. The property in located in 78217 zip code, near the airport. It has been on the market for about month and I have had around 10 showings. Unfortunately none of them turned into application. The house has been recently renovated and in good condition. 

I wonder usually how long for a property of this size and at this price to get rented in SA? Should I do more promotions? Should I lower the price? Or I just need to be more patient.

I recently purchased QuickBook online version. While trying several times, I still have no luck of connecting QB to my Bank of America business account. I always encounter a message saying "Something isn't working. We encountered an error connecting your accounts. Please try again later." Anybody have had similar experience? I wonder if this is due to BoA only allows accounts above certain level to be connect to QB. Any thoughts and recommendations? Many thanks!

I am thinking about getting into the short-term rental market (e.g. airbnb) in San Antonio, considering tourism is a major industry for the city. Just wonder if anyone has any experience and recommendations. Any particular areas in SA that is good for short-term rental? What about King Williams District? Thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated.
