I'm going to be listing my condo for rent in a month or so and am wondering if there are any permits or certifications I have to apply for with the city. I'm also interested if there are any lists anywhere of things I should be aware (for example, number of required fire detectors, etc.) Can anyone offer some advice? I tried googling and searching without a lot of luck, and I want to double check with you all to make sure i'm not missing something.

For added context, the HOA is renter friendly and I'm good to go on that front.

Thank you!
