ok I’m from Indiana and I know here once lease is expired then they have no contractual interest 

@Martin Neal question, if his lease is going to expire and landlord is not renewing then would you still have to do an eviction since he has no contractual interest in the property after the expiration of the lease? Can’t the police charge him with trespassing at that point?

All just looking for some input or personal experience from individuals that have used turn key sites such as roofstock. I am currently just educating myself in REI, on one of the podcasts roofstock was mentioned and I just wanted some real feedback. Thanks

@Matthew Perry keeping it simple, I want to close on my first out of state property! This will also be my first investment property, my goal for the rest of this year is to educate myself as much as possible for our of state investments currently reading the one and only @David Greene book and on to finding my property.

All, I am new to this site and just getting into investment options. Anyone have any experience or advice with hotel room investment?
