Hello everyone! I have been looking at a small campground that has fantastic value add potential for lake front cabins plus a 6br house and a small 1bed 1bath cottage already in place. The main question I have is how hard is it to purchase a property out of a trust? I have never Delt with a trust before. Can I obtain a loan to purchase the property?

Hello everyone! I'm a 26 year old tradesman going on around 10 years of experience in various blue collar professions. Although I'm eager to make passive income I find it difficult in this market to find good deals or lock them down before someone else does. That being said, I notice a huge gap in the market where good contractors are a must and not many good contractors are out there. Would it be a good move for me to swap my current career from industrial maintenance to contracting for residential real estate investors? My thoughts are that it can build good local relationships and potentially get me deals/partnerships in the community while i add value to their investment. Does anyone have some input on this topic?

Hello everyone, I am new to the world of real estate and I'm trying to learn. I understand a lot can be learned from local investors and groups that they are a part of. I'm all for that, but, how do I find them? And how do I assess that the group(s) I find is what I should be involved in? I believe I'm going to be focusing on small multi family homes to start with. Are there groups out there that focus primarily on multi family investors? Thank you all in advance!

Hello everyone, I'm new to the world of real estate investing and I'm just trying to figure it all out and grow. I've read a handful of books and I have a teacher with years of experience that ill be starting to learn from in depth in a few weeks. My real concern is not getting tunnel vision on how and where I can get free or cheap information. Are there any recommendations I can focus on for a few weeks you find beneficial? Books? Podcasts? YT channels? Anything you find to be a reputable source of information? I soak up info like a dry sponge and always crave learning and doing more so any and all comments are really appreciated!
