thank you everyone for response and alot of information here that i need to put into my research. Like i said this would be my first deal so i am expected alot of hiccups. So in my estimates i just over inflated all my numbers and they still work. If i can get it rolling weekly rentals is a cash cow but alot of work

the trailer is located on a mobile home park

The park allows rentals currently has two rooms occupied

This is not the first house in the park to do this 

The trailer is a double wide so yes rooms are small no common areas will be shared. But what should i look to incorporate if i get shared common rooms.

This is Sonething that has been done for the past 10 years i am now getting into it.

so I have this mobile home deal that I'm getting for 12,000. It is split into 4 rooms 2 finished and 2 unfinished. I am borrowing 5,000 and paying 1,000 a month until I pay of. I plan on renting out all 4 rooms 150 a week. I'm completly new to this I have never done this before does anybody have any advice or stuff I should look for when buying a mobile home. anything I can look for when purchasing a home.

hi everyone my name is shawn. Mcadam and well i ended attending a fortune builders siminar and thats when the seed was planted . i went home did some reasearch and well i found bigger pockets where i found everything that was mentioned in the siminar and much more. Now ive been just soaking up as much information as possible and i decided to post here not only to network but for some advice.

As i was doing my research i found out about the va loan which i do qualify for now heres my dilemma should i get preapproved before i go out and try to find a property or do i find the property first? I want a multifamily home and hopefully live rent free. As far as my real estate investing portfolio i want to quit my job and become a flipper full time and use the funds from flipping to turn it into a portfolio of cash flowing property any advice here on what step or steps i should take next im kinda at a lost having analysis paralysis right now. I look forward to hearing thoughts and thank you in advance.
