I am a real estate investor and I reside in NYC in the borough of Queens. I currently own an investment property which is a single family home rental in Lawrenceville, GA and a real estate investment company entitled Classical Estates, L.L.C. In addition, I manage two rental properties for my mother in Brooklyn, NY. I am currently looking to invest further in real estate in the NYC area. My interests are flipping, BRRR, House Hackning, Short-term rentals etc. I would also like to add that I work full time as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Most importantly I look forward to building relationships that will be a mutual benefit to all parties and great things happening here on bigger-pockets.

Hello @Michael McKay could you please send me a copy of the attorney PDF as well.  I am currently have a vacant 3 bedroom apartment in a two family home and would like to rent it out on airbnb and hire a full time manger over see it.

I received a house in Atlanta, GA as an inheritance. I live in NYC.  I decided to rent it out with the help of an EXCELLENT property manager.  Its been going well for 7 years now and I have no complaints.
