I'm from Lebanon, Tn trying to get started in the real estate business. I want to do fix and flips and also rentals. Looking for someone to maybe partner up with while I get started. I'm trying to read and listen to all I can about the business. Would love to even find a mentor that can help me get stated and learn.

Hi. I'm new to the site from Lebanon, TN. My wife and I have done some flips in the past and have not done any for about 7 years. ???

I would like to get into the rental property business and would like to get some good information on getting started and any kind of good advice.
