Have had terrible experiences with our last two that we have used during our work doing home remodeling. I am looking for a drywall contractor for remodels as well as my flips in the adrian and tecumseh. Thanks

Hi guys, I'm working on my second flip and am looking to purchase a home off a family friend. I'm trying to find a contractor or advice on a basement repair. The walls are bowed in 5 inches on 3 of the walls and need to be pushed back and braced or remade. Has anyone had this done in southeast michigan that was a reasonable price. The two I've had come in so far were larger companies so maybe that has to do with the price but one was 38000 and this last company was 76000. Trying to find more cost effective options.

Hi guys, I'm working on my first flip home and found a great used kitchen with cabinets granite and appliances for a steal! My only problem is the cabinets door are acrylic and some of them are a bit yellowed. Specifically around the oven obviously from grease and a few other doors I'm assuming may be from sunlight. Just wondering if anyone here has advice on bringing back the bright white! I've tried soap and water baking soda and even bleach on one of the doors and nothing has worked so far. Or has anyone here painted acrylic cabinets with any success? Thank you for any and all advice.
