I'm new at this as well and i'm also in the magnolia area.  I'm looking to network and becoming apart of a good community. Any tips are much appreciated! Hope everything goes well with your building!! Don't get discouraged and keep pushing forward! @Clyde Myers Jr

I'm looking for a really good REI friendly community bank or small bank that does portfolio lending in the Conroe, Spring, Houston Texas area. Does anyone know any banks in our area I can work with? I need to find one asap! Thank you

I'm 27 and just started as well but you're way ahead of me by getting a real estate license. For me I just started learning as much as I could by watching educational videos and reading books on getting started in real estate investing.  Also learning about the different laws of the state. We live in Texas it's very different here. It looks like a lot of work but i'm motivated and really looking forward to making this a successful business. The main thing is to believe you can do it and have an awesome power team! Anyways I hope things workout well for you!

Sure sounds good! @Kizzy Brooks

Thanks @Devon M. Scott I'm actually already scheduled to attend that meetup!

Hi im also new in the woodlands, houston area. Any good advice on building a good power team?

I'm looking to build my power team. Does anyone know any good real estate agents who also invest in the North Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, or Conroe area?. I'd like to build a community around me of like minded individuals.
