Hello everyone! I've been researching Real estate investing for about 2 years now and have yet to make any serious moves to get involved. I'm  really interested in seeing what the best option is to get started. I hear and have read a lot about wholesaling with no cash or credit and most of the time I think it's just too good to be true. On the other hand I think maybe I should just save up so money and buy a property but I'm not too sure how long that will take. I guess I'm asking for your experiences or if you could start over again, what route would you take?

Any advice is welcomed!!! :-)
