Hello Team,

I am new to REI. I am trying to invest locally to start, which means Somerset County. I am looking for Buy & Holds, and have been narrowing my search to the Somerville / Raritan area. I am struggling to find significant cash flow. Anyone out there have any experience in this area? Are you finding good cash flow, Cash on Cash ROI, etc? Any other areas locally that you recommend?

Great insights here on BRRRR. I also had a question in reference to BRRRR. Is there a major concern with this method if/when the market turns, and property values drop. Could you end up upside down on multiple mortgages?
