Yes RUN AWAY!!!! I trusted a webinar Jan 23, 2019 from MyHouseDeals with Alex Soares that featured David Corbaley pitching his G3 Lead System using Investor Lion & Google Ads. It was a complete BUST. I lost $2,356.71 all together. Not 1 decent lead. No closed business. I wasted $997 on the program fee, $394 for 2 months of his Ad management fees, $965.71 in google ad spend which I just cancelled today.

Please comment on the efficiency of this system including the direct mail, website, CRM, Repair estimator, deal analyzer, lead lists, comps etc. Is it better now that the improvements were made? How is customer service with set up and help in general? Are cancellations still a nightmare? Is this system worth getting if you are a new wholesaler? Does anyone recommend another system that includes all that Realeflow does for a wholesaler? Thank you!!

Appreciate the input Jay! Am trying to find a RE Attorney as we speak and will call Dept of RE. Have been also talking with several Vancouver WA title Co's but none are familiar or atleast are vaguely familiar of Assignments but not Double Closes. I will try to word it to them how you presented it. Very helpful! I will ask the RE attorney about the Lease Option contract.

I would like to find out the WA State Wholesaling Laws & Regs and Title Company legal closing procedures in the state. I also would like to find out if Lease Option contracts are allowed by Wholesalers in WA State. Thank you. Shaunna Karlous
