Good evening to my BP members. I have researched, read, re-read, etc. and now I am just going to do it! I am ready to take on my first fix and flip, but of course I need a profitable property to do so. I am looking to find a great starter, profitable property; however, the ultimate goal is to own a few properties using the BRRRR method. I am hoping to find something soon.

The information here is great!

@PattiRobertson..thank you for the confirmation...Yes, I am going about it the correct, legal way, I just wanted to get some I put on the situation.   I will definitely be buying rentals in the future but will also like to gain insight on the fix and flip process.  Thanks again

Good evening to everyone,

I am a beginner investor and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on what to actually categorize your LLC as when you are trying to fix and flip and/or buy and hold property? I have a business here in Hampton Roads Virginia, however, I was given a hard time when starting it, being told that the license fees and the taxes are based on what the property sells for and if I am fix and flipping a home, that I would need a contractors license. I know others that are in the same business that do not have such licenses. I just want to make sure I am following everything to a tee since I am a beginner. Any suggestions and/or recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you

Thank you.   I actually spoke with the owner who seems to be legit and knowledgeable.  I just wanted to know if anyone has ever dealt with them before.

Good evening BP community, I am a new investor in the Hampton Roads area, and I wanted to know has anyone ever used the company Tidewater Investment Funding for lending purposes?  Someone referred me to them and I cannot seem to find any reviews on them.  Thank you
