BP community - I am an out of state investor considering long term rentals in the Grand Rapids area, more specifically Eastown / Midtown neighborhoods. Would any investors in the area be willing to point me in the right direction of high quality property management companies? 

BP -- Is anyone familiar with property management companies to manage STR properties in the South Haven Michigan area? I'm in Chicago area thinking about going out of state for STR properties in the South Haven area. First time out of state investor.
