Hi Guys! I have a partner who has a home under contract and I might have a buyer who is interested. How do you work out the handling of contracts and fees between the two of us? Do we need a contract between us two to make sure I get paid?

If you don’t know anyone that can forward you state specific contracts they are using for their deals, then it would be worth paying a few hundred bucks for a lawyer to draw them up. It’s best to CYA! :-)
