Hey Matt I have 0 experience in wholesaling and wouldn't even no where to begin. I am pretty handy individual, which is why I was leaning towards fix and flips. For now though I will definitely start doing some reading on wholesaling and I'll check out what some of the podcast have to say about it. If you have any advice or podcast you think I should listen to please let me know. Also if you ever wanted to meet up I work at the Hospital of the University of Penn. I'd love to buy you a cup of coffee and pick your brain if you would be okay with that. 

Hey everyone I'm pretty new to BP and have been doing a lot of reading on many different topics since I joined. I'm from a town not to far outside of Philadelphia called Lansdale. I purchased my own personal home back in 2009 and it has put in a spot where I can't really save any money for other investments. So I am look possibly looking into do a few fix and flips to bank some money. After that my interest would be more geared towards purchasing multi-unit properties to rent out. Please feel free to suggest anything. I'm an open individual who is eager and excited to get started on this next step.
