How do create a Holding company for my two rental properties? Will i created name holding company: abc holding inc; and then name by two rental xyzllc and zyxllc?

Yes I would appreciate All the help i can get can you explain standard/series LLC. I was under the impression there was only LLC separate personal from business.

Any suggestion of how to start? Home based, LLC? funding for landscaping and land development such as leveling, utilities poles, water, sewer lines. The property is located in Omaha Texas
