I just want to clarify that I am NOT looking for someone to feel sorry for me, I am simply asking for advice.

@Steve Vaughan Everybody's situation is not the same. Sitting in judgment of others is easy when you haven't walked in their shoes, we are very frugal !! Cars are paid for ! Eating sandwiches and hotdogs, NOT eating out,  we brew our own coffee. We don't leave the house except to go to the store and work. NO we don't  buy Prime rib and steak. Like that is any of your business. Networking on BP. We don't go to the movies or even rent them. We don't have cable or satellite, just internet, I guess the next suggestion would be give up our home and cars and live in a box !! I bet we could save money then !! So if you can't say anything of importance to encourage people please keep scrolling !! Thank you and have a nice day !!

@Cody L. I agree with you. I am really good at sales. I may not have thought that growing up, but I know that is what I am good at.

@William C. I may be misinformed and if I am please correct me. When you wholesale a property you must have it under contract. Once you have it under contract you find an investor to purchase it from you at closing ( double closing ), but in order to get to closing you must have the ability to close on it yourself. Therefore if you have questionable credit , and /or no income ( no income at present ) you cannot get anyone to finance the deal. That is my understanding of the process.

As far as the hard work I have no problem with that I am simply asking for advice to steer me in the right direction. I do appreciate your input. Thank you.

@Jason Franklin That is a wonderful idea. I hadn't thought of that. I recently met some wonderful local investors at a meeting close to me. I don't know if it is allowed to ask for that kind of help on BP.   Thank you so much.

Thank you @Michael Macklin I just attended the one on May 24th. I really enjoyed the meeting although I didn't get the chance to meet everyone on an individual basis. I will definitely be going next month. I hope to see you there.
