Thanks! Most likely I will get a license. I think that investing that time and money will motivate me to continue pursuing my goals and to not give up. There is so much information I need to process right now. Also, I'm planning on moving from FL to VA next September. I don't want to wait to get my license, but should I?

Hi! I'm interested in learning all I need to know about real state investing. My goal is to be able to work part-time at my current job and part-time in the real estate business.  I'm a beginner trying to figure out what to do first. Should I get my sales associate license? Should I attend a physical real estate school or should I take online classes?
