@Bill P., I love rentpayment dot com's mobile optimization and broad spectrum of payment options; it seems to provide easy access for everyone, whether they do business from their mobile device or desktop.    

@Chris K., good point on the monthly fee being high for simply collecting payment, especially compared to yours.  I had planned to use Landlord Station's other amenities, but ended up going with SmartMove for applications and screenings.  

Have either of you encountered any challenges with using online payment?   i.e.  tenants not wanting to go that route or technical issues with the site?   

Have you, or do you know of someone who has used Landlord Station to collect rent?  I'm putting systems in place for my first rental and would love a hassle-free rent collection process. (Wouldn't we all?!)    Thoughts on this collection website or any others?
