Drew, thanks for that. I am already a landlord and have been doing this for years. But after I moved away from that duplex+1 I hired a property manager to run things in my stead. However, I'm going to stop long term rentals and do a bnb with short term rentals. I am still having a hard time finding a company that will take on a full-service BnB project in the New Glasgow area. If you know of any, I am open to checking them out.

I'm a real estate investor and am in need of a short-term rentals property manager (Airbnb) in the New Glasgow area (Thorburn) for my duplex +bachelor. Is anyone available for that, or can you refer me to someone who does full on BnB property management? I live on the south shore so am too far. We are transitioning from long term to short term rentals.
