Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Closing in 2 days. Nervous that I haven't done everything I need to do. Just thought about utilities today and did that.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Cash flow

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Referred to a realtor and she provided listings daily till I found what I thought was good.

How did you finance this deal?

It's in a self directed IRA.
