I have sold many homes by means of Short Sales. I negotiate w/the Banks and have lots of experience. Also deal w/a lot of investors and multi family units.. I am an investor as well and have been for almost 15 years. [EDITED BY MODERATOR - No solicitations in this forum, please.]

buy Income Producing properties and Short Sale homes. I have 3 duplexes for sale (well-maintained) next to each other and one pre-foreclosure next to a beach...great ranch home.
