Can you get a hard money loan with a credit score under 600? I have 2 flips under my belt, used my own money and now I don't want to keep using my money. I have an LLC, but have recent debt that affected my score...

Hello everyone! I am now closing on my 3rd investment property and now I would like to use HARD MONEY to fund my next project. I spoke with one and I am trying to do more research, i know 4 points is ALOT, so can anyone lead me to some success stories and possible lenders info that requires less than 4 points. I am located in South Jersey..and HARD MONEY is the only route I can take now, FYI

So I'm in continental credit now, fixing my credit. I have some past debts rebuilding my credit now..that shouldn't stop me with the hard money lending. All of my credit now is low balances, and on time payments.

Hello! I an currently in financing, I'm an assistant branch manager at a financial institution. I would like to walk away from sales and begin in real estate. My significant other just flipped his first property and I would like to begin on my own. My credit is about 592 so I know I have to go the hard money way..while I'm working on that on the side l, I would like to get within a mortgage company as a loan closer, or anything that can get my feet wet. Eventually my ultimate goal is to flip homes and no 9-5..help!!!
