thank you so much for the reply! I really appreciate it. So much good information in there. So a couple more questions.

Without getting too specific what do you think is a good price for say a single family home? Or how do you go about pricing out a property? I want to be able to give people accurate quotes immediately when they call.

How would I get around the lack of experience? Like say how do I get customers when I don't actually have any background, or haven't dealt with evictions, and don't have any current customers?

I am thinking about starting a property management business, and just wanted to get some opinions from the professionals who use them.

What do you look for in a property management company?

What about your current property management company would you change?

What makes a property management company stand out and makes you choose them?

Would a property management company that offers more services such as cleaning, pest control, repair etc. Interest you more over a company that just does property management alone? Or is it the opposite?

But I was looking more to start a group where everyone in the business of real estate can meet and connect casually and maybe have some small events. Everyone from contractors to agents to investors. Kind of like an all in one kind of thing. But I'd be happy to join your group as well! What was the name?
