How is this con  Artist still able to be a BiggerPockets and other  forums ? Why  hasn’t YouTube  taking down his videos .We all know  he reads every single remark on BiggerPockets And the  coward has not replied to not one remark. There’s a special place in hell for people like scott carson

Post: Sell on land contract or sell out right

I am finishing a flip and  would like other peoples Option on what to do.I am all in on the house at 90000. Option one sell the house at 135000 and move on or  option two sell It on a land  Contract for 140000 with a  30 year amortization 9 present with no  balloon and keep it for at least 5 years .I have never sold on a land  contract  And  I definitely  do not want to be a land lord

update title - if anybody is wondering how long it takes to quiet title mine   Is done and took  about three months was a piece of cake total cost $1750 

UPDATE:I  Got  A recommendation from someone bigger pockets for a lawyer quiets titles his name is Darren Finley findling and what a nice guy.He has a ton of vids on youtube and he  does probate to.He talked to me for about 15 to 20  minutes and explained and answered every question I had .His cost was 1750 for everything and I told him  I was recommended from someone on BiggerPockets which he never   Heard of and now he is a member.

Jim and Ned are right I have to  quiet the title . I contacted a few title companies and they all said I have to quiet title .

I bought a house at the tax sale in Wayne county Michigan back in 2013  we are living in the house and now are thinking about selling. Do I have to quiet the title at a cost of around 1700 or  is there a different way that  does not cost me 1700 ?
