Hey BP community!

I’m new to real estate investing and excited to say I’ll be visiting Las Vegas in mid-May. Since I’m still learning the ropes, I’d love to meet some local real estate agents and fellow investors while I’m there.

I’m hoping to get a better feel for the greater Vegas market, hear about what’s working (and what’s not), and maybe even check out a few properties if anyone’s up for it. Whether you’re an agent who works with out-of-town buyers or an investor who’s been around the block, I’d really appreciate any advice, stories, or just a friendly chat over coffee.

I was initially thinking virtual but am open to in-person if that is recommended. 

I'm based in NY.

Would anyone experienced in Seller Financing and/or Subject To in the US be willing to let me shadow a deal? 

I am new to real estate investing and am interested in acquiring STR properties through creative financing. While I understand the concepts
nothing beats seeing these deals in action.

I would be grateful for the opportunity and am happy to offer my assistance in conducting research, organizing materials, or handling administrative tasks in return.  Excited to collaborate!
