@Jared Kampschroeder CA now allows Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and they have ok'd container homes for this purpose, it's great if you already own a home or land in CA. You should check it out.

@Tiffany Jones I recommend you incorporate in Delaware and then register as a foreign entity in the state you want to do business in, this is where the most benefits are via "corporate veil". I would love to talk more with you.

I think you should go for it Kendra, Englewood is being gentrified by the millisecond...

I would love to hear the outcome of the CIC courses. I’m thinking of taking the same courses.
