In episode 307: the science behind setting and achieving big goals, Brandon's talks about GPSA. The "A" standing for accountability.

I'm looking to see if any new investor would like to start a focus/mastermind group where we can keep each other accountable.

Brandon talks about how having accountability partners significantly helps increase you chances of achieving your goals.

I am in the very beginning stages (saving / learning a particular market) so if you're interested let me know !

Good luck to all !

Great recap ! A lot of learning opportunities there. Thanks !

I am new to REI and I know of a deal that may be going into foreclosure, a third party brought this to my attention. How exactly does a foreclosure purchase work and how could I best approach it?

Would I be paying the back amount that's owed to the bank or is that a separate type of strategy? They currently owe 22k to the bank in back payments.

Thanks

These are, great questions to ask, much more than I would have considered asking ! Thank you!

Hi, I'm just starting off in my BP journey and for my 1st property I've decided to go OOS/Out Of Province.

I've decided to use a property manager for this. What sort of things do I need to be cognizant of when choosing a company or individual?

What sort of questions can I ask to filter out a good manager from a not so good manager?

Thanks!

Hi Jasmine, how did that move to NS work out for you?

I've been considering out of province rentals as my dollar can stretch further out East, I've looked at properties online. But what would be my most important next step to finding out how to invest out of province?

This would be my first property.

Thanks

hey Laura, how did the investment turn out for you ?

Hi All !

I'm glad to have taken this step to join the forums. I've been listen to podcasts the last few months. I'm from Southern Ontario and would like to know different opportunities for lenders.

My salary alone doesnt approve me for a mortgage more than 300k

Where/how can I explore other lending opportunities?

Thanks
