@David Tang, thanks for the suggestion. Yes it is hard to find time to read and listen to the podcast. I have been doing both reading the UBG and listening to the podcast when I can. I have been doing this at night after work and on my lunch break at work. I keep falling asleep on my couch while doing either one after work lol. I work 1 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday now and watch my son in the morning, so it is hard, but I am trying to fit something in everyday. I am currently compiling a short list of books I want to read when I'm done with the UBG. Thanks again

Thanks David Tang and Tom Ott, I am definitely using BP to learn as much as possible. I am currently reading The UBG and listening to the podcast when I can. I plan to buy a few books to read, possibly starting with the book on rental property investing or the unofficial guide to real estate investing. Any recommendations you may have that could me out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for the welcome

Hi, my name is Shane Harrison from Riverside, California. I work in logistics/warehouse, and drive a forklift for a juice bottling copacker. I have no experience in real estate investing, so right now I am gaining as much knowledge as I can to help me find the right way to start investing. I found biggerpockets while searching for books on this subject. I clicked on a link titled the 7 best real estate investing books, and that is where I found biggerpockets
