Hi Ethan, I think it's a great idea to get licensed. You will gain so much knowledge & confidence by doing so. For the exam I recommend Flashcards, and taking notes constantly. One good tip I have is to write down a few things you might forget as soon as you sit down to start the exam. This will help, as things you know well, can disappear from memory whilst in the exam room. There are also some great books on being an agent by Dirk Zeller, Gary Keller, Darly Davis, and many others. I am currently looking into getting a coach also. Good Luck @Ethan S.. Keep us posted.
