I have been buying distressed properties and living in them while rehabbing them for the last 15 years. I recently sold my business in robotics and automation, and I am full time into real estate investing. My strategy is the BRRRR method in appreciating areas and to hold properties as long term rentals. I have been building a team of contractors to complete the rehabs and also real estate agents to find properties (also using software to find off-market). But I am now looking to expand and increase the properties we are acquiring and looking for partners that want to do the same. I asked a couple questions from a post in a Facebook group from this company, now I receive an email daily asking if I'm still interested in the loan. The emails are very short and unprofessional, I am going to steer away (but this is just a gut feeling, opinion, I have not worked with them).
