Is the advice they gave inaccurate? As a community, we should inform newcomers of other options when they don't realize the bigger potential. I say this both as a newcomer and as someone who lives/works in SF Bay Area.

I'm interested in hearing everyone's opinion on whether they believe the US foreclosure/REO supply will increase after COVID due to the combination of the careless use of forbearance during COVID + tenants not paying rent + overall unemployment rates?

I'm planning to invest in the Bronx within the next few months. For me, this will be my first property, so I plan to utilize housing hacking + FHA/FHA 203k. I'm interested in hearing the general price ranges people have seen recently for quadruplexes in the Bronx, especially the price comparison when it comes to foreclosures vs turn-key quads.
