I am a newbie. I mean greenhorn type!! I have some land that I want to build Commercial Senior Residence on . I have No money the area is about 8350 sq ft.I am willing to do all research and leg work , I am just looking to be pointed in the right direction. I am not looking for someone to give me the answer I really want to get my hands & feet dirty!!!. So to speak ! I am in Philadelphia Pa!! thanks for any info '.

have t.h. in phila w/27k owed on 45k 1st mtg.also own lot/land w approx 100k any way to leverage land to pay off mtg on t.h. trying to become a transaction engineer or is there a better way to flip the t.h. and use the land to possibly build on. Any thoughts . I welcome any feedback

@Bill Gulley you are right it is more apt to be a build . Not a development. Only max of 5 sfh could be built on site.but as Karen said it looks more like selling outright might be the more advantageous route. the comps in the area are okay for individual lots. mine happen to be 4 connected parcels

I own some land in a developing area of philadelphia pa approx 8600 sq ft.would love to develop as opposed to selling outright. any thoughts? area zoned for residential
