Hello! I have a somewhat rhetorical question. I know this wouldn't be considered intelligent, but how many people have had experience with instead of paying certain bills on time, using that money to invest into/build their wholesaling business while their in the beginner stage of actually rolling out the marketing and building relationships at meetups, etc. Does that maybe not make sense, but has anyone seen success with not paying a bill or two and depending on the possibility of a deal first when you can't really scale when exactly that will be?

Hello! I am in Sacramento, Ca and would like to know if anyone knows what alternative measures they are taking with the foreclosures and tax deed auctions since the courthouses are now closed due to the COVID virus? Are they stopping it, is it done online? The 874 number is of absolutely no help and there is no option to get info about the auctions.

Thanks!

Hello! Given the recent event and my current read, Rich Dads Guide to Investing .. I would like to know, when making a financial plan in regards to wholesaling what questions should I be asking myself so I can correctly plan out a 5 year goal when it comes to wholesaling? Like what questions should I ask myself so I can correctly create a 5 year wholesaling plan?

@Jeff Adams thank you for explaining leverage I felt like it was too stupid a question to ask! My confusion is, the $34K you made on the $68K investment, doesn't that go to the bank until the loan's paid off? So you wouldn't see any cashflow for some time right?
