As for the wide range, my main focus is in the Abilene area but I've networked with a few buyers in the other areas so I just look to JV with other wholesalers. Right now I'm just focusing on wholesaling but I would eventually like to venture into other strategies as I build capital to reinvest back into the business.

On another note, how do you link someones name in the post so they can know you're mentioning them?

Hi everyone, I did this kind of backwards as I've already created post prior to introducing myself but my name is Steve and I'm looking to take action in this business. I'm looking to balancing this with my job as well as school full-time. I'm currently active duty in the military and I want to approach this business with the upmost integrity. I firmly believe there is more than enough money to be made in this business without having to screw anyone over as long as you have a "can do" and "I won't give up" attitude. Right now I'm working in the Phoenix, Abilene, Dallas, and Houston areas.

I definitely don't intend to pay that kind of money for that type of service. Just looking for something reasonable where they can assist me from point a to b.

Does anyone know of a great coach that you recommend. I know the basics of wholesaling but really need a coach to get over that first hump. Any help would be appreciated.
