Hey Craig,

This is very interesting, have you thought about asking the seller if they are open to do seller financing? If they want cash right away then they have the option of selling paper right after closing. If they need help on that part I can help, we have a huge network of buyers that look to buy paper on a constant bases. 

Would love to connect with some good General Contractors for simple fix and flips. 

I am definitely having a hard time finding a reliable talented contractor. If anyone knows of a good one please let me know.
