Thank you so much for your recommendation, I am going to look for the book next time I am in the library :)

Hello BP investors

I am 17 (turning 18 in 2 months) and I am very passionate about real estate investing. I have been doing research for a couple months now and I understand the idea behind it and some of the basics but I am finding it harder and harder to advance in research. There is sooooo much information out there so I am not sure what to learn first or what is more important. I have read a lot of basic guides and watched a lot of "Real estate investing 101" type videos but I really want to become an expert so I can invest in my own property before I turn 19 and not have it be a huge mistake. I have tried to read more advanced guides and even some of these forums but there is a lot of jargon I don't understand and it is very overwhelming. I am not asking for a handout of information I would just like to know of some very informational books or forms of media that will give me a better understanding of the real estate investing world and jargon so I can continue to learn and maybe read a forum or two without feeling like I have to use google translate the whole thing lol. To better help recommend some material for me, below will be some general questions I have. You don't have to answer them if you don't want to they are just there to showcase where I am at in my learning and to help recommend the right material.

What are words, abbreviations, etc. that I should know if I want to be ahead of the game in real estate?

How to I analyze a market?

How do I go from one property to two, three, four and what challenges arise with owning more than one?

What are some big time mistakes that beginners make and overall things I should avoid?

If and when I analyze a market. what type of market is best for buying property and what type of market is best for selling?

What happens if a tenant stops paying rent, what do I do?

A huge thank you goes out to whoever takes the time to read this and any information would help a bunch! please recommend books and media that really boosted your personal real estate knowledge. Have a good rest of your day or night
