Hi @Rayman Shakuri. Welcome to BP. I'm in San Diego (Oceanside) and do a lot with the local REIA clubs. In fact I'm on the board of directors for the North San Diego Real Estate Investors Association (www.nsdrei.org). We meet on the third Tuesday of each month in Oceanside at the El Camino Country Club. It's advertised here on BP as well as on Meetup. We'd love to see you at our next meeting.

There's two additional clubs in the county and they have their own websites and are on Meetup too. There's the SDCIA and SDIC/FIBI. You could go to a meeting almost every week of the month if you like.

Looks ok, they're going to have challenges with that concept.

My site locate my next home i am making it into a local san diego real estate site, out beat the local sites, and grow the company into other regions.

Hello all,

I haven't really posted on here but i am looking to network with people in san diego, ca. I actually just got my license, and i am going to be launching a website next week. Site will be locate my next home, and i am having the concept of movoto.com but on a local level. I plan on making the biggest local real estate site in san diego for buyers/sellers.

I am also looking to connect with a few like-minded people, and see if we can do any business together. After i grow my real estate company i plan on getting into investments.
