Just curious who everyone is using for those non-owner occupied deals with investors, stated at high LTV's of course. With the market changing so much, I figured this would be a great place for everyone to get some good lenders together.

So far, the only one that is still friendly to multiple properties out there is Indymac, however I have a feeling there are a lot of smaller banks that I don't know about that perhaps some of you do.

Joining myself and look forward to meeting everyone shortly as well. I'm in Happy Valley personally.

I'm not an agent. I deal with REO's, notes and mortgages. Worked for a wholesale bank for the the last several years. Been doing real estate loans since I was 18. Been a fun ride so far!
