Hi @Jordan Romager, Welcome!

I'm an OOC in Pittsburgh and it's a great market to invest in.

Are you looking only for small multis? Or open to SFRs because they can be good here... What type of neighborhoods would you like to invest in? I can definitely write you some areas that I'm looking in.

Feel free to DM me.

Good luck!

Hi guys and gals,

My name is Shai and I'm an out-of-the-country investor in Pittsburgh.

My partner and I will be visiting Pittsburgh between the 17-25 of June and I thought it will be great to meet some local investors or maybe do a meet-up somewhere (I only know street names and zipcodes, not bars and restaurants, haha).

So if you are interested- I will be more than happy o meet for a coffee, lunch, or any other thing on your mind.

Thanks!

@Al Boettger Thank you for your answer.

I have just started the training in RALA. I would definitely look into the regulations there.

I saw that you are investing out of state too. How did you decide on a market to invest in? I'm out of the country and all markets are wide open for me... I invest in buy and hold in Pittsburgh PA but it's not the best place to start RAL.

Hi BP!

I'm planning on starting an assisted living facility in SC, Tho I haven't decided where yet...

This is where your help will be much appreciated- I'm looking for some help and advice on the regulations in SC. I was reading a lot and trying to find some specific info, but I couldn't able in some parts.

So, if you have an assisted living experience or just recommendations for agents and general contractors I would love to hear from you.

I'm trying to find a strong team So I can decide where I'm going to invest from the few areas that I'm focusing on.

Thank you in advance,

Shai

Hi BP!

I was looking for a niche and found the residential assisted living niche.

Does anyone here investing in such a thing and can help me decide if this is something that I would like to invest in?

I've watched RALA videos,, youtube videos and read onlinr and I wnt to know if the numbers are too good to be true or you can  really make good money while providing safe, nice and healthy environment for the seniors.

Any advice and help will be appreciated!

I'm OOC investor so I can't look at any property... If I see the numbers are working then I ask my agent to tour the property and I get photos and videos...
