ThanksHello,

I have question regards removal of the snow at the rental property.

Uhh am trying to help one of my tenant by giving him some jobs around the property such as landscaping and snow removal.

that way i usually give him discounts on his rent.  Its help both side. I am getting good deal on taking care of my property other end he will have to pay less rent.

I am wondering is this a good idea or not?  Should I get some kind of sign form from them so I don't need worry regards liability prospective?

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I am planning to meet an investor regards purchasing multi family properties. My Investor only interesting in a partnership.

After talking with some people they suggest not to do the partner ship.

I am not sure how to handle this, I would need his investment to close the deal. Buy also don't want to do the partnership.

Is there any good way to handle this concern or should I just move forward with partnership using LLC set up.

Thank you In advance.
