Atlanta's outskirts offer affordability, growth potential, and strong rental demand. Top suburbs for house hacking include East Point, Decatur, College Park, Lithonia / Stonecrest, Mableton, and Smyrna / Vinings. East Point has affordable prices, Decatur has charming homes, College Park has redevelopment projects, Lithonia / Stonecrest has affordable homes, Mableton has a quiet suburban vibe.

Hello everyone, My name is Shaan Washington I’m new to real estate. I’m moving to Atlanta Georgia from Louisiana and going to buy my first property to house hack. I was trying to find a single family house with a finished basement. I wanted to know what are some good neighborhoods on the outskirts of town.
