I just posted myself as a reply to another thread, but realized it's more appropriate to start a new one. I bought a rental (after rehabbing it) in Baltimore a few years back and am interested in getting back into the market investing. Due to my job, I'm out of the country for periods of time, but have someone local to look after my projects. I'm looking for someone experienced as a mentor and/or partner.

Question- how do you analyze ARV's without access to the MLS, this is something that's been keeping me back from closing deals.

I am new to the site and am glad to have found it. To be brief I already own a rental in Baltimore City and am looking to start getting more active to rehabbing and flipping. I would like to connect with other investors in Baltimore City/County as I am out of the country often I especially feel that I need a mentor.
