Thank you Brian, it's already been downloaded to the computer and I'm 4 chapters in I think. Really good stuff and that's really what lead me to join the forum. It just seems like it's good honest people looking to help people out so we can all achieve our goals without trying to make a buck off of everybody. That is very hard to come by these days.

WOW I've seen a lot of NJ people on here and I just started about 30 minutes ago. So I am in the early stages of real estate investing. I have always been interested in it but haven't had the time to really dedicate myself to learning and I know thats a must. Any advice for a newbie like me will be greatly appreciated. Blogs, podcasts or literature you think could help please let me know. I'm leaning towards buy and hold right now or maybe flipping. Like I said I'm still in the early stages. Wholesaling seems like it could be fun, challenging and lucrative but I need to gain my experience first. I hope to gain some more knowledge from here as well as some relationships.
