Hi all. I am looking to become a first time home buyer so this is all brand new to me. I would like to  identify some good preforeclosure opportunities. Ideally, I am looking for something in the Sunnyside, Berkeley, Rino, Whittier, Baker, or Five Points neighborhoods that will only require a cosmetic rehab if anything. I do not need to buy a home but am exploring my options before I go back to  the rental market. I would intend to live in the house for a couple years before converting to a full time rental house. Ideally looking to move and finalize by May 1.
