I've read the legislation and have talked it over with my closing attorneys. It's perfectly legal - don't listen to everyone you hear online and do your own research if you can!

Hey all, I do assignment of contracts pretty much all over SC and just want to get in touch with more investors looking for their next deal! Even if you aren't ready for another project or rental, I'd still love to connect.
