Hello,

I am look to invest into a condo/townhouse in the Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV area.

I currently live in California and own my primary residence. Looking to diversify out of state and potentially move out of CA in the long run.

I would appreciate your thoughts on growing markets as well as best practices for out of state investors.

Hello,

I am looking at purchasing properties in Pheonix, AZ. I want to get a better understanding of markets that better for cash flow and those better for appreciation. I am looking for a 3 bed single-family/duplex between the $175k-$275k range.

I also would love to make some new connections for realtors, property managers & contractors/handymen.

I am planning to visit Pheonix in the next couple of weeks and would appreciate any tips on where to shop and look around.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you @Jason Hirko I am looking at mostly cash flow and a modest appreciation.

Thank you @Sterling Williams Would you by any chance like to work with me on getting my first property. You seem to be very knowledgeable about the area and I would love to discuss further if you are interested!

Hello,

I live in LA and I will be visiting San Antonio over summer to get my first rental property. I am looking for something under 200k. I am unclear as to how I can price future rental income since there is not really a correlation between size and price within the same neighborhood. Also, what regions should I mainly be looking for? How long do properties generally last in the market before going on rent?

Thank you so much!

Sevan

I am actually in the same boat. I live in LA and I am going there over summer to scope out of properties under 200k! My biggest fear is cash flowing since it's kind of hard to understand what the rental income would be and I will also need a property manager.
