I am trying to learn / analyze different markets & price ranges using Truila. (I am very new to all of this)  I've attached photos at the bottom. (The old photo is the green back ground - New one is the white background)

There used to be a section at the top bar that said "Local Scoop" & it would give you an option for "Real Estate Overview" & give you a rundown of the average price per sqft & median sales price in each zip code you go over. I am no longer seeing that & underneath the "Real Estate Overview" option there was an option for "Market Trends" to determine what market is & was before.

Just wondering how I can do this with the new updated version of Trulia?

or what do you guys use to learn a market?

Hi Will,

Did you get this figured out? I am located in British Columbia. I'm Looking to do virtual wholesale deals in the USA, but not sure how to get the correct business structure set up.

Hi @Seth Martins

Feel free to reach out to me… It depends on different aspects. What might work for you, may not work for another. Consulting with a cross border tax/legal advisor who knows CRA and IRS will save you a lot and is a must. There are structures that are most recommended for Canadians but again, it depends on your scenario and your end goal. (Expansion etc..). I have tax/legal affiliates who are doing this all day every day. In which states are you planning to operate?

Thank you Michal, I sent you a message.

QUICK QUESTION FOR CANADIANS WHOLESALING REAL ESTATE IN THE USA

How did you set up your business & tax structure?

I am located in British Columbia Canada & will be virtually wholesaling real estate in the USA.

I have been reading posts on Bigger Pockets, other online forums & been calling around but can’t seen to get a clear answer on how to set things up so I can start working.

Any info would be greatly appreciated as I would like to get to work on this ASAP
