How do I get in contact with a homeowner of a vacant house that I found while driving around? I need to find an easy way to get contact information to swoop up the deal fast and easy.

I absoulutley unserstand where you're coming from! What I did is just looked at a letter for structure and then put it in my own words and made it more personal.
